Anci Toscana organised a staff training meeting in Livorno

Today Anci Toscana organised a staff training meeting at the SEFA CENTRE in Livorno. The meeting focused on the key issues of the Intercept Project, namely the potential role green jobs can play in attracting and employing NEETs.

Sessions included an explanation of the context and motivations behind the Intercept project, a general overview of the regional job market and a more detailed analysis of the NEET situation for each province of Tuscany. The latter was provided by members of ARTI, the organisation which is collaborating with Anci for the activation of internships with local companies across Tuscany.

The training day provided a useful and practical opportunity to exchange views on relevant issues and facilitate a greater understanding both of the job market dynamics and the administrative and bureaucratic steps required to ensure a correct implementation of the Tuscan pilot project.
